The Campus Visit Setup window allows you to create and manage a list of dates and times that are available for campus visits. This list is created by defining criteria, including allow times and exclusion dates, and then generating the campus visit timetable.
Once this setup for campus visits is entered and saved and campus visits are created, a particular Notepad event for a candidate can be associated with a specific campus visit date/time. In other words, campus visit interviews can be scheduled by adding an item (event) for a candidate on the Notepad window and then clicking the Item Details button for that event. The Campus Visit tab on the Edit Item - Event window allows you to search for and schedule campus visits. Scheduling restrictions are checked to ensure that only the maximum number of visitors is allowed for a given date/time.
The Campus Visit tab is only available if campus visit functionality has been activated for your school. Also, this tab is not available to you if you have not been given security to this tab in the Tasklist module. By default, no user has access to this tab.
