Registration provides an option to assign a workload amount for each instructor within a course for a specific year and term. The Faculty Load is used to relate those instructors to sections in order to identify the load of each faculty member.
Initially, the Current Year and Term that has been identified on the Registration Configuration window will default into the Year and Term columns that appear in the Header (you may also select different values from the drop-down list). The Year and Term determine the list of course codes that will be available in the Course column. As soon as the Course has been selected, the Faculty Load tab will display all of the faculty members who have been associated with the selected courses.

This tab is a form that you can customize by choosing Customize Form from the right-click or Options menu.
You can choose Assign Auth Group from the right-click or Options menu to open the Assign Group window to assign authorization groups to the course selected.
