Reminder Periods

The Development/Alumni system allows you to define reminder periods for pledges. You may want to send reminders to persons who have made pledges to your organization. The definition includes when to send the reminders (before the pledge payments are due or after they are overdue or both) and how many days before they are due or past due.

Reminder Periods are defined for your organization using the Reminder Periods Definition window and are stored in the Reminder Period Definition table.
