The sample window above details the NS4 Clearinghouse Foreign Student Update Rule. There are two table and column combinations that are currently being used to produce the results for this rule as explained in further detail below.
Basically, when the CITIZEN_OF column on the BIOGRAPH_MASTER does not have a value of United States OR if the social security number column on the BIOGRAPH_MASTER is empty, these students will be identified as foreign students and will be included in the result set when this rule is processed.
