An administrator or advisor has the capability to override the evaluation criteria of an institutional requirement, waive an institutional requirement, or substitute a course requirement. An alteration is stored only with the specific student aim under which it was entered and will not affect any other aims or requirements. The data that is displayed on this window is retrieved from the Student Advising Alterations table and is for the selected ID Number and Aim/Requirement.
The Grade Lookup button can be used to display all valid grade tables that have been defined in the Registration module.
The alteration details that are entered here will also be reflected on the Student Advising Alterations window.
The override details that are entered here will also be reflected on the Student Advising Alterations window.
