Automatic Attachment of Requirement Lists to a Candidacy

A requirement list can be automatically attached to a Candidacy when the Candidacy's stage is changed and saved. This optional automatic attachment is achieved by specifying a requirement list in the Requirement List Code column on the Edit Stage Configuration window for any stages for which a requirement list should be added for a candidate. The requirement list will be automatically attached to the Candidacy when the Candidacy is moved into the particular stage.

Customization of a Requirement List

A requirements list can be customized for the individual candidacy as illustrated below:

·       Applicants are required to submit a recommendation from their guidance counselor.

·       A non-traditional student contacts the Admissions Office to ask if they can substitute this requirement with an employer recommendation.

·       The requirement for the guidance recommendation can be deleted, and the requirement for employer recommendation can be attached to this candidacy.
