This column displays a message indicating why a student could not be assigned a room. The following messages along with a possible cause may appear:

Already Assigned |
The student is currently assigned to a particular Location, Building, and Room. |
Unknown Gender |
The student's gender is not recorded in J1, and the gender of the occupants of this room must be either male or female. |
Roommate Gender Mismatch |
The student's gender does not match the gender of one of the roommates. |
Room/Gender Mismatch |
The gender specified for the room does not match the gender of the person being assigned. |
Room Reserved |
The room has been reserved. |
