You can create special codes for mailings that you send out. If this donor is to receive such a mailing, select the appropriate code.
These codes are defined on the Maintain Table Values window and stored in the Table Details table. Choose Column Name of mailing_cde. Once codes are defined, they can be selected from a drop-down list.
