The Skip Threshold Time is the number of minutes after the scheduled process time and before which a scheduled process can be started. The default is 15 minutes.

Assume that the J1 Client Application Services checks for scheduled jobs every 3 minutes. A job was scheduled to begin at 8 a.m., and the Skip Threshold Time is 10 minutes. You boot the PC, and it is ready at 8:05 a.m. The Window Service starts and checks for missed jobs. The 8 a.m. job was technically skipped since the PC started at 8:05 a.m.; however, since it is within the Skip Threshold Time (10 minutes), the J1 Client Application Services starts the job. |
