Determines the sequential order in which the update will execute the rules for processing. Put codes at the top of the list that represent the values that the Results Rules will find most frequently. When the process finds a true value, then it is able to exit and begin processing the next ID Number.

Describes the codes that have been defined (Yes and No). Therefore, when the NS4 Clearinghouse Foreign Student Update is selected, the two rules (Y and N) will be processed in the order identified on the this tab.

Use these buttons to change the code order of the Resulting Codes

Use this button to copy an existing set of rules. The next sequential code order will be assigned to the copied row, and the system will automatically save it.

After copying a set of rules, remember to edit the values to reflect the proper results.
