This window is used to generate and view or print a Grade Report for all students in a selected year and term or midterm, for a limited set of students based on the Additional Options selected, or only for selected students. If no additional criteria are used, a Grade Report will be generated for all students in the year and term or midterm designated. However, you can choose one or more selection criteria before printing or previewing the report. You have the following two options:
· Print Grade Reports only for Students with 'Holds'
· Print Grade Reports for all Students, including Students with 'Holds'
If you have rights in the Registration Permissions window to override grade holds, you will be able to print Grade Reports for students with grade holds.
Only courses with a Transaction Status of History (H) or Current (C) will appear on this report. The Grade Report sorts by last name, first name, middle name.
The Grade Report uses the students' Legal Name. If there is no Legal Name, it uses the campus name (NameMaster.last_name, NameMaster.first_name, NameMaster.middle_name), which is the name in the Individual tab of the Name Entity window. |
|
Because the Grade Report uses the students' Legal Name, the report won't open unless you have permission to view Legal Name. Permission for Legal Name is granted in the Additional Name Types window. |
· If you selected Academic Credit Varies by Division on the Registration Configuration window, the word "Hours" will be replaced with the label you created on the Division Definition window for the following column/field headers: Hours Attempted, Hours Earned, Term Hours Attempted, Career Hours Attempted, Term Hours Earned, and Career Hours Earned.
· The year and term must be specified for the report criteria in the Required Selection section. Also, you may select on the appropriate radio button to select a final or midterm grade report. You may view the address list and select the order in which you would like to search for addresses. To view the list and set the priority or view the priority that has already been defined, press the button with the ellipsis (...).
· If on the Grade Report prompt you select students who have grade holds and click the Print button, the Printing Grade Reports: Student Grade Report Holds window is displayed. This window displays the students with Grade Holds. If you have rights in the Registration Permissions window to override holds, you may select the option to print the Grade Reports of students with Grade Holds.
· The Division Group column is used to identify the division for which the grade report is to be generated.
Why can't I see the grade report?
