This group box displays the FERPA Restricted label in red when a student has exercised his/her right under the Family Educational Rights and Privacy Act and indicates if the Name (is) Private.

The Address, Phone Number, E-mail Address, and E-mail Address Private information are also displayed. A Maintain Addresses button opens the Maintain Addresses window.

This group box displays Gender, Marital Status, and Birth Date from the Biograph Master table. ELITE PAINT is available to select additional columns for display.
