Three options are available from the right-click or Options menu:

·       You can customize the data display via the elite paint  option.

·       You can view all rows for an individual student via the Display SAP History option.

·        You can view any data from the PF_SAP_HIST_UDF table via the User Defined Fields option. This UDF form can be used to display any user-defined information from the PF_SAP_HIST_UDF table.

The header of the window displays the following columns/buttons:

These columns display detail rows according to the retrieval information entered in the header.

		The columns marked by an * are updated by the Stored Procedure or Rules Based Update Cluster when Calculate Satisfactory Progress process is run. The values in the columns marked by # are determined by the institution and manually entered.
		All columns are displayed, however you can hide columns not used by your organization using ELITE PAINT.

1.         Open the Satisfactory Progress Details window.

2.         Select the appropriate Year and Term in the Retrieval Criteria group box to retrieve and display all calculated records for the Year .

3.         To filter the applicants that are displayed, select either the All or Unsatisfactory Progress radio button.

4.         If necessary, you can edit the Final Progress, Appeal, and Progress Override columns.

 

If you have Jenzabar Financial Aid as your only active Financial Aid System, the Update to PowerFAIDS panel is not available. Satisfactory Progress information is collected and transferred to JFA as part of the Create Student Update window.

If you have PowerFAIDS Desktop selected as Active in Financial Aid Configuration window, the Update to PowerFAIDS panel displays.

 

1.         Open the Satisfactory Progress Details window.

2.         Select the appropriate Year in the Retrieval Criteria group box to retrieve and display all records for the academic year.

3.         To filter the applicants that are displayed, select either the All or Unsatisfactory Progress radio button.

4.         If necessary, you can edit the Final Progress, Appeal, and Progress Override columns.

If you have PowerFAIDS Desktop selected as Active in Financial Aid Configuration window, the Update to PowerFAIDS panel displays.

If you have Jenzabar Financial Aid as your only active Financial Aid System, the Update to PowerFAIDS panel is not available. Satisfactory Progress information is collected and transferred to JFA as part of the Create Student Update window.

1.       Select the rows you want to be updated in PowerFAIDS.

2.       Select the PowerFAIDS POE Award Year to update from the PF POE drop-down list.

To include an alternate progress field in the transfer, select the Include Alternate Progress field checkbox, then select either Final Progress 2 or Final Progress 3 from the drop-down list

3.       Click the Apply button. When you click the Apply button, the following J1 data is sent to the PowerFAIDS EXTERNAL_DATA table:

·       ID_NUM (PF_SAP_HIST)

·       SSN (BIOGRAPH_MASTER)

·       AWARD_YEAR (HEADER)

·       FINAL_PROGRESS_1 (TABLE_DETAIL)

·       CUMULATIVE_GPA (PF_SAP_HIST) or SAP_CUM_GPA (PF_SAP_HIST), if configured to Transfer SAP GPA

·       FINAL_PROGRESS_2 or FINAL_PROGRESS_3 (TABLE_DETAIL), if an Alternate Progress code is included

·       The Update PF (PF_SAP_HIST.UPDATED_PF) checkbox is also updated to indicate which rows were sent to PowerFAIDS5.  Select the rows you want to be updated in PowerFAIDS.
