This tab displays Campus Visit rows generated when you enter criteria on the Create Campus Visits, Exclude Dates, and Allow Times tabs and then click the Save and Create Campus Visits button on the Create Campus Visits tab. You can edit, delete, and insert rows on this tab.
These rows are stored in the CAMPUS_VISIT table. They are ordered in the window by Visit Date and Begin Time.
If you delete a row and if the Num Visitors value is 1 or greater for the row you are deleting, the following message is displayed: "One or more of the selected Campus Visit schedule rows are assigned to a Notepad Event. If you delete these rows, the associated Notepad Events will remain but will no longer be assigned to a Campus Visit. Do you wish to continue with the delete anyway?"
· If you click Yes, the following message may be displayed: "One or more of the selected Campus Visit schedule rows have at least one Campus Visit History row associated with it. If you delete these rows, the corresponding Campus Visit History rows will also be deleted. Do you wish to continue with the delete anyway?"
· If you click Yes, all related CAMPUS_VISIT_ITEM_HISTORY rows and the selected CAMPUS_VISIT rows are deleted.
The following columns detail each of the Campus Visit rows:
Visit Description |
This required column defaults from the Campus Visit Criteria Description column on the Create Campus Visits tab for automatically generated rows. |
Visit Date |
This date is calculated using the Date Range and Day of Week checkboxes on the Create Campus Visits tab and values entered on the Exclude Dates tab for generated campus visit rows. The default is 00/00/0000 for rows added manually. |
Begin Time |
This time (HH:MM) is calculated using the Time Range and Day of Week checkboxes on the Create Campus Visits tab and values entered on the Allow times tab for generated rows. The default is 00:00 for rows added manually. |
Visit Length |
This number defaults from the Visit Length column on the Create Campus Visits tab for generated rows. The default is 0 for rows added manually. |
Max Num Visitors |
This required number defaults from the Max Visitors column on the Create Campus Visits tab for generated rows. It defaults to 0 for rows added manually. |
Num Visitors

This read-only column is incremented and decremented as ID Numbers are assigned/unassigned to this campus visit on the Campus Visit tab in the Edit Item - Event window in Notepad. |
