Subsidiary Control Window

Use this window to determine a number of factors affecting the Statement, Register, and Exceptions Report runs.

You can control which Subsidiary accounts print on statements, the type of student to process, the type of register or statement to print, etc.

There are many ways of running Statements that determine what kind of transactions appear in the detail section. By using columns in different combinations, you can select who will have Statements printed and who will appear on the Register. These values also determine how many transactions will appear on the Statements. This information is generally updated before each run of the Statements and Register.
