1. Open the Receipt Entry window.
2. Click the New Detail button, which opens the Receipt Entry Detail window.
3. Enter the ID Number and Cash Tendered.
4. Click Save. The Forms Control window opens (1st receipt only).
5. Select the Form Number row to be used and click OK (or double-click the row). The Receipt Entry Detail window appears with a row added.
6. Right-click in the Check Number column, and select Maintenance Screen to open the Maintain Table Values window.
7. Choose Add Row from the right-click or Options menu.
8. Enter the new check number (folio) option.
9. Click Save.
10. Once the Maintain Table Values window is closed, the newly entered row(s) become available in the Check Number column drop-down list.
