This displays the user name (login ID) of the user who has a locked report.

 

This column displays the sequence number of the locked report for the user. Each user can have multiple reports running, and thus multiple locks are created in the database.

More than one report can be locked at a time. If the report you were running was the third to be locked, it would have a Lock Job Num of 3.

This column displays the type of process the locked report was running.

Process Type	Description
P	Print	This exists when the Statement, Register, or History Register Reports are generated.
U	Update	This exists when the Statement Balance Update is performed.

This column allows you to determine if the locked report was run as an individual or batch report. An I in the column represents an individual report, and a B in the column represents a batch report.

This column allows you to determine if the locked report was a Statement, Register, or History Register Report.

This column allows you to determine from which module the locked report was generated.

AR represents the Accounts Receivable module.
