1099 Govt Forms Filing Wizard | Select Step 2 Tab | right-click an amount and select View Detail

This window displays a list of transactions that make up a box total on a government form being filed. You can assign the transaction to another box or even another form but may not alter any amounts.

If one of these transactions should not be reported to the government using the form selected, you can remove the form name from the transaction. Or, if an amount is being reported in the wrong box on the form you may change the government form label.

All 1099 forms will display legal names for any selected IDs. Users will not be able to access the Government Forms Filing Wizard unless they have the appropriate permissions to view legal names.
