If a temporary ID Number has been issued for data that has a known system ID Number, you can use this option to manually enter the known ID Number. Jenzabar recommends that you let the system automatically assign ID Numbers ( ID on the Assign ID window). All IU tables containing the specified Temp ID will be updated so that the ID Num column will have the entered ID Number. However, Jenzabar recommends that you let the system automatically assign ID Numbers.
