Use this window to break down a status, appearing in the Status drop-down list on the Transcript Requests window, by reason for the status change.
If you want to define multiple statuses to use for printed and electronic transcript requests that have been completed, create a status reason for each. In one row, enter "Printed" for the Description and "Completed" for the Trans Request Status. In the other row, enter "ETrans Generated" for the Description and "Completed" for the Trans Request Status.
