This field indicates whether or not contact information such as a phone number or email address for an individual or organization is blocked, bounced back, unknown, unsubscribed, or verified. Statuses are provided by Jenzabar.

To receive J1 Web communications, recipients must have active and verified phone number/alternate contact information. |
· Blocked (only available for phone numbers) works in conjunction with J1 Web Communication Management and indicates a text recipient has blocked the number the system sent a text message from. Blocked numbers do not receive text messages sent from J1 Web Communication Management.
· Bounced Back (only available for alternate contact information) works in conjunction with J1 Web Communication Management and indicates an email interaction sent to the selected address was returned. Bounced Back contacts do not receive interactions sent from J1 Web Communication Management.
· Unknown means the contact information has not been confirmed
· Unsubscribed works in conjunction with J1 Web Communication Management and indicates an email or text recipient unsubscribed from a series of communications from the system.
o When a recipient texts “STOP”, “CANCEL”, or “UNSUBSCRIBE” to the number they received the text from, the system updates the status to Unsubscribed
o When a recipient clicks the unsubscribe link in a email interaction, the system updates the status to Unsubscribed
· Verified indicates the phone number or alternate contact method has been confirmed
o If a recipient previously unsubscribed from text interactions and then texts "RESTART" or "START" to the number they unsubscribed from, the system updates the status to Verified
