The Save All button is only available if an ID Number has not been generated and only if the Name tab is visible.
You can save data on each tab and/or subtabs individually, or you can save all data on all tabs at the same time by clicking the Save All button. Jenzabar recommends that you use the Save All button with NEW ID Numbers only. Changes to any tab for existing ID Numbers should be reviewed before saving.
At the time all tabs on the application are saved, data is saved to or overwritten in various tables, such as NameMaster, AddressMaster, BIOGRAPH_MASTER, and CANDIDATE. If required data is missing for submitted information (i.e., attribute code), you will be prompted to continue without saving the problem data or to cancel the Save. Additionally, you will be prompted if specific submitted data has not yet been processed.
