This column allows you to enter the file type extension. 

Enter DOCX or DOC for a Word document.

If you are adding a new row, this column is editable. It is not editable for a row that has already been defined and saved. You can enter up to 10 alphanumeric characters.

This column allows you to enter a description of the file type.

For a DOCX or DOC file extension, enter "Word document."

This column is always editable. You can enter up to 255 alphanumeric characters.

1.    Open the Define Allowed File Extensions window.

2.    Right-click and choose Add New File Extension.

3.    Enter the file type extension.

4.    Enter the appropriate description.

5.    Save.

 

1.    Open the Define Allowed File Extensions window.

2.    Highlight the row you want to delete.

3.    Right-click and choose Delete New File Extension.

 

1.    Open the Define Allowed File Extensions window.

2.    Locate the description you want to edit.

3.    Enter the text.

4.    Save.
