Session Buildings Window

Prior to assigning any students to residence halls, the buildings containing the rooms must be assigned to a Session. This process creates a Session Building and makes those buildings available for residence hall assignments for the period of time specified by the session.

Session Building definitions are stored in the Session Building Master table.

You can include or omit Session Buildings from the listing by clicking the Select/De-Select Session Buildings button, which opens the Select Session Buildings window.

After defining a Session Building, you can work with that building by choosing a particular option from the right-click or Options menu:
