If you do not want to do this on a room-by-room basis using the Session Rooms window, you can add all rooms in the selected building to the Session at one time using this option. You are notified if a room has date conflicts, etc.

You must have permission to perform this option. The following prompt appears: "Room Assignments will be removed. Continue?" Click Yes to continue or No to cancel.

This process recalculates vacancies for the selected Building and populates the Vacancies column.

This option opens the Session Rooms window.

This option allows you to set the gender of all rooms to Male.

This option allows you to set the gender of all rooms to Female.

This option ignores the gender that may be assigned to these rooms and allows you to assign both female and male residents.

This option opens the Building Definition window.

1.    Open the Session Buildings window.

2.         Specify the appropriate Session.

3.         To include or omit buildings from this Session, click the Select/Deselect Session Buildings button. The Select Session Buildings window opens. Use the right-click options to include or omit buildings for the selected Session.

4.         Return to the Session Buildings window. Buildings that are included in (associated with) the Session appear in the listing.

5.         Save.

6.         You can access other options from the right-click or Options menu.

3.         Select the Building(s) to which you want to add rooms, and choose Add All Rooms to Session from the right-click or Options menu.

4.         The Session Rooms window opens and allows you to work with selected rooms.
