Use this window to maintain time zone values that appear in the PESC EDI Code drop-down list on the Timezone Definition window. You can activate and deactivate values as well as set which values appear in the drop-down list and in what order.
2.To add a new time zone, select Add Row from the right-click or Options menu.
You can also make updates to existing time zones you have created. You cannot change the Description of default data rows.
3.Enter a code for the time zone in the Code column.
4.Enter a description for the time zone in the Description column.
5.To designate the order in which this time zone appears in the drop-down list, update the number in the Display Order column (you may need to update numbers for other time zones).
6.To activate the time zone, make sure the Active? checkbox is selected.
7.To have the time zone appear in the PESC EDI Code drop-down list on the Timezone Definition window, make sure the Display in drop-down? checkbox is selected.
To keep the value from appearing in the drop-down list, you must first deactivate it by deselecting the Active? checkbox.
