This checkbox is available only if the Use Course Authorization checkbox is selected on the Configuration Table Tab of the Registration Configuration Window.
If this checkbox is selected, the faculty member is able to grant authorization in the Course Authorizations portlet of campus portal (JICS) to students to register despite course requirements that may not be met by a student.
