Approval Track Window

Use this window to create an approval track or modify an existing one and place one or many User IDs into that approval track.  

·       Click the Maintain Track Members or the Create New Track... buttons to open the Approval Track Window (Detail) to add or remove approval track members.  

·       To delete a track, click the Delete Track(s) button.  This process creates rows in the Approval Track Detail table for each User ID that you add to the approval track.

·       To modify or create rules for a track, click the Track Rule icon for that Track ID to open the Update Results and Rules window to establish rules-based updates for requisitions.

For rules-based updates to function for approval tracks, you need to select Automatically by the system in the Approvers are assigned to requisition drop-down list box.  For a user to maintain rules-based updates, they must be granted access on the Update Definition User Access window.
