If the Document Type is EMAIL, this group box can hold a maximum of three attachments. The attachments specified here serve as the default attachments if columns named EMAIL_ATTACH1, EMAIL_ATTACH2, or EMAIL_ATTACH3 are not present in the Datawindow. If columns named EMAIL_ATTACH1, EMAIL_ATTACH2, or EMAIL_ATTACH3 are present in the Datawindow, then the values pulled from that query will be used as attachments.

To add EMAIL_ATTACH1, EMAIL_ATTACH2, and EMAIL_ATTACH3 columns to the data window, you MUST add that column from the SQL Painter for that query utilizing the Compute tab. You cannot add a simple computed field named EMAIL_ATTACH1, EMAIL_ATTACH2, EMAIL_ATTACH3 to the data window painter. It must originate from the SQL. |
The Add button allows you to browse for a file to attach. The search is for all file types (*.*).
