Test Scores Tab (Review Internet Submission Window)

If the Submission Type is Admissions Inquiry - New (320), Admissions Application - New (330), Student Request (530), or Transcript (580)this tab may be displayed even if no data is submitted for the TEST_SCORES mapping table. If available, the Test Scores and User Defined subtabs on the Test Scores tab contain the same information as the Test Scores window/tabs used throughout J1 Desktop and is used to review any test scores information that is included in a submission that needs to be saved to the TEST_SCORES table in the J1 database.

·       Submitted Test Score rows are displayed below the existing Test Score rows in the same grid. A sunburst icon () is displayed beside the new Test Score rows so that they can be quickly identified.

·       Each submitted row for the TEST_SCORES mapping table can have from 1 to 10 individual test element codes and scores. Each test element code and its corresponding score are displayed on the Edit Test Scores window as a new TEST_ELEMENT row. You can edit the test dates and test score details for these rows when the submission type is Transcript (580).

·       Data submitted for the DTE_TAKEN, REQUESTED_SCORES_BE_SENT, and TST_CDE columns on the TEST_SCORES logical mapping table are displayed in this tab.

·       Submitted test scores from Admissions Inquiry - New (320), Admissions Application - New (330), or Student Request (530) are always marked as SELF_REPORTED since the candidate/student submitted the data. Submitted test scored from Transcript (580) are not marked as SELF_REPORTED.

·       Submitted rows can be deleted from this window if you determine that the information is a duplication of an existing TEST_SCORES row.

·       When you save submitted test score and test element information that is displayed on this tab, the information is saved to the TEST_SCORES and TEST_SCORES_DETAIL tables.

If only Hidden Data/Custom Text is submitted for a table/row combination (i.e., Table, Row # but no score information), the data for that row is ignored.

Tests that have been marked as Self-Reported will not be included in the Highest Test Score or AD Requirements calculations.

If a test that has been submitted on a transcript is not yet defined in J1 Desktop, you must open the Test Scores Definition and Edit Test Elements windows and define the test and test elements (including PESC values) before you can process the imported test scores.
