· If the Submission Type is 320, 330, 520, or 530, the Process button processes information and loads the data into the Review Internet Submission window.
· If the Submission Type is 550, the Process button processes information and loads the data into the Review Submitted FERPA Permissions window.
· If the Submission Type is 560, the Process button processes information and loads the data into the Applicant Master window.
· For all other submission types that use the Process button, the Process button processes information and loads the data into the Individual Submission Detail window.
During the processing of Internet Submissions, the following messages that need a response from you may be displayed:
"Payment was attempted or made and its authorization did not go through. Do you want to process this online submission anyway?" (Clicking the Yes button continues the processing; clicking the No button returns to the Process Internet Submissions window with no action taken/saved.)
"The payment of the fee for this online submission has not been approved yet <Authorization Description (from AUTH_CDE_DESC) and Reason Description (from REASON_CDE_DESC)>. Do you want to process this online submission anyway?" (Clicking the Yes button continues the processing; clicking the No button returns to the Process Internet Submissions window with no action taken/saved.)
"The payment of the fee for this online submission has not been processed yet. Do you want to process this online submission anyway?" (Clicking the Yes button continues the processing; clicking the No button returns to the Process Internet Submissions window with no action taken/saved.)
"Submission fee is required, but no payment was made. Do you want to process this online submission anyway?" (Clicking the Yes button continues the processing; clicking the No button returns to the Process Internet Submissions window with no action taken/saved.)
If the ID Number column for the selected submission is NULL for the following Submission Types, the Duplicate Search window opens so that you can search for the person who submitted the submission and use the existing ID Number if it already exists in the J1 database.
