This window opens when you click the Add Table button on the Manage Mapping Tables window.
This window allows you to enter a custom table name (and display name) that already exists in the J1 database to add to the Available Tables drop-down list on the Manage Mapping Tables window. This window allows you to Add Table and Return (click button) to the Manage Mapping Tables window or Add Table and Assign Submission Types (click button), which opens the Assign Submission Types window so that you can associate this mapping table to Internet submission types.
If the following message appears while you are adding a custom table, ensure that the specified table exists and that the TE_PGMR role has been granted Select/Insert/Update/Delete permissions to the table: "The table name you are attempting to save does not exist in the J1 database. Please enter a table name that is not one of the model tables but is instead a custom table that you have added."
